Bellator 203, which takes place July 14 at Foro Italico in Rome. Bellator 145Lbs. champ Patricio Freire (26-4-0) will go against Daniel Weichel (39-9-0). The last time Patricio “Pitbull” Freire fought Daniel Weichel, the Brazilian defended his featherweight title with a second Rd. knockout finish.

The co-Main event takes place in the light heavyweight division, where UFC veteran Alessio Sakara returns to the cage for his 31st fight. The Italian goes up against Jamie Sloane. Sakara has gone 2-1 since joining Bellator, but he is coming off a failed bid for the middleweight title against Rafael Carvalho. Sloane is making his Bellator debut, and he is just 2-3 in his last five fights.

Bellator Kickboxing 10 takes place the same night as Bellator 203. The event features an inaugural lightweight title bout between Giorgio Petrosyan (85-2-2) and Chingiz Allazov (53-2-0) as well as a featherweight title matchup between champ Kevin Ross (45-13-0) and challenger Gabriel Varga (21-6-0).
